WIB-RTP Hosts a Wellness Event: Bringing Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Meditation into Your Life, February 22, 2017

Boosting mental wellness is important for every aspect of our lives – including our careers! Learning about ways to manage your stress, decompress after a busy day, and appreciate yourself can help to improve mental health. WIB-RTP is bringing in two wonderful speakers to teach us about mindfulness, self-compassion, and meditation by combining discussion on the background and research of these techniques with interactive sessions. Join us for an educational and interactive evening, and take the first step towards improving your mental well-being!
