Tracy Jenkins, Ph.D., ACC helps individuals articulate career aspirations and develop a plan to take effective action in order to manifest change in their professional and academic lives. She utilizes a strengths-based approach to help those she works with recognize their value and effectively communicate this to others. This process enables individuals to land in a career or academic role that is clearly aligned with what is important to them, who they are, and what they do well. Currently, Tracy owns and operates Tracy Jenkins Coaching LLC, a career and academic coaching business, and serves as an Executive Leadership Coach for MBA students at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Tracy delivers workshops for career networking groups and professionals on Informational Interviewing, Energy Leadership, and Strengths-Based Career Searches. She has experience in industry having worked in training and development, as well as clinical research, for GlaxoSmithKline. With an extensive background in academics and coaching, Tracy has served in various roles as an advisor, professional mentor, professor, and academic coach at North Carolina State University and Louisburg College. She received a doctoral degree from North Carolina State University in Educational Research and Policy Analysis and coaching credentials from the accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).
