Speaker Biographies


Linda Lander is President of Inside Out Coaching & Consulting, a healthcare consulting and coaching company. In addition to 1:1 coaching and organizational coaching, Linda assists biopharmaceutical companies in understanding the current and future market access and reimbursement dynamics directly impacting their existing portfolio of drugs. This includes customized market access training to departments that have cross functional responsibilities with drug commercialization. Her expertise includes developing strategic customer relationships, contracting strategy, and negotiations.

Linda has launched over thirty products in the multiple small molecule and specialty biologic therapeutic categories including auto-immune disorders, immunology, oncology, virology, cardiovascular disease, neurology/CNS disease, dermatology, and diabetes.

Linda’s experience includes the development of market access strategies and execution with Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi Aventis, Novartis, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She held positions in payor marketing and in regional and national account management that included calling on the largest payors and PBMs.
