Are you naturally curious? Do you like to think about and solve problems? Do you like to ask questions? So do scientists! Find out what it takes to be a scientist at our Young Women In Bio (YWIB) event on May 23, 2017 Through a fun, hands-on activity, students will explore the many facets of life in the world of STEM while learning the most fundamental skill every scientist needs to know - the scientific method.
M2D2 will lead a laboratory tour and host a panel where we’ll talk about different careers within STEM, the importance of effective communication, and how work in the real world can be not just something you have to do, but something you LOVE doing. Pizza and refreshments will be provided!
