We are thrilled to welcome 24 trailblazing C-suite executives to this year’s Boardroom Ready cohort! Women In Bio’s Boardroom Ready program is designed to optimize a woman’s chance of success in finding a board appointment. A selection committee carefully selects 20–25 accomplished C-suite executives to participate each year. Each cohort participates in a rigorous five-day board governance curriculum based on case studies tailored for the life sciences community. The program offers networking, ongoing programming focused on current industry issues, and development opportunities to give participants every advantage in achieving their goal of board service.
